Green Tea Smoothie (Two ways to make)

I think you know what I mean, if I’m talking about green tea. Yes, I’m talking about the  Matcha Tea ( powder not the tea bag ).

The benefits of Matcha tea is not only antioxidant, it also can boost up our energy, free of calorie and matcha helps to safely cleanse and purge the body of harmful elements: detox.

1.  Matcha Smoothie – with Protein Powder

Ingredient: 

  1. your choice of protein powder
  2. 1/2 banana
  3. 1/2 cup semi-skimmed milk/skimmed milk or yogurt
  4. 1-2  tsp ingredient grade matcha
  5. Few chopped pistachio
  • Blend all the ingredients, except pistachio, in a electric blender, sprinkle the chopped pistachio on top, drink immediately.

Note:  

  • This drink is so yummy, and full of nutrition, good for our health!

2:  Matcha Smoothie – with yogurt

Ingredient:

  1. 1/2 cup yogurt
  2. 2 tbsp honey
  3. 1/2 cup ice cubes
  4. 1 tsp ingredient grade matcha
  • Blend all the ingredients together in a electric blender, serve immediately.
  • A simple and nutritious breakfast drink.
