This meal was a bit over my diet plan, because I felt hungry, so I ate a bit more portion.  Oh dear, then I found out the result later! 😦  I think I need to do a bit more exercise to burn the calories off. I wish it work! But luckily, today’s lunch is only salad, then it can balance off. just excuse, hehe silly me. :p

This is a quick and simple pasta dish, it is for vegetarian too. But if you’re a meat eater, you can add some fried bacon cube or tuna or salmon, it’s up to you.

Note:

  • You could use other kind of frozen vegetables, or even add more quantity, that is healthier.
  • If you haven’t got sweet potato or don’t it, could use the butternut squash instead.
