It was only one of the energy drink that I made this week, it has the protein from wheat germ and soya protein powder, those are the vegan or vegetarian most needed.

You need 2 kiwi fruits, 1/2 cup of fresh alfalfa,  1 banana, 1 carrot, 2 tsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp agave nectar, 1 scoop of Soy Protein powder, 1 tbsp toasted wheat germ and 1 cup of soya milk ( more or less, it depends on how thick of the smoothie that you like ).

Blend all the ingredients in a blender, drink it fresh to keep the nutrients that we need, or within an hour.
