Spaghetti with Red Pesto Sauce ( for vegan friendly as well )
What a easy meal today, it fits really well in my lifestyle ~ simple ! :p
Let’s see what I did was only cook the spaghetti and prepared a large bowl of salad.
I tossed the cooked spaghetti into the red pesto sauce, that I made it before, need to finish now. The fragrance of the pesto sauce was so nice and yummy!
Add a big bowl of mixed salad with lots of green leaves, sliced beetroots, cucumber and tomatoes, and I roasted some walnuts and sesame seeds to get the extra protein, then I made up the salad dressing are still so simple, only fresh lemon juice, torn half ball of mozzarella cheese, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, but I topped up with a squirt of my favourite balsamic glaze. Job done, ENJOY!
