Raw Peanut Butter Cookie Dough ~ Vegan


Like to have something to cheer up yourself, sounds negative or annoyed! Right?

Not me! I just feel pleasant enough to bring something out for myself today! Don’t know what I’m talking about, do you? 🙂 Just forget all my nonsense!


What will you grab if you desperately want something quick and handy to eat or nibble when you feel boring? Probably something not too good for you. Like chocolate biscuits, ice-cream or something else.

I like to show you something that’s can make up in a flash. But still healthy enough and you won’t feel any guilt for having more. I can guess you won’t stop to stuff into your mouth. That’s the reason I have this snack today.


Raw, no-bake, no-cook, no-soaking, also not much time-consuming. Like it? Suppose all the ingredients are sitting in your pantry already! OK, Let’s start!

All you need is one jar of peanut butter (perfectly crunchy), some natural sweetener, like Medjool dates or raisins. The banana will be fine if you like the soft texture. Pinch of sea salt and a dash of vanilla extract. Throw everything in your food processor, make a few pause and let them come together. Roll into a snack ball and stuff into your mouth straight away!

Raw Peanut Butter Cookie Dough ~ Vegan


  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
  • 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp Raisins
  • 1/8 tsp Pink sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Peanut, Roasted, crushed  (or use more crunchy peanut butter as I do, if you don’t want to do the roasting)
  • A small handful of vegan chocolate chips, optional
  • 1/8 tsp Pure vanilla extract



  1. Throw everything into your food processor and combine until very smooth. Roll into balls, cookies, bars, or simply stuff the dough into your mouth, straight from the machine. The dough can be stored on the counter, in the fridge, or in the freezer.



  • You can use the Medjool dates, pitted for substituting the raisins.
  • Better to make double the recipe for your family. Surely, it is an amazing tasteful snack you won’t resist.

Translate to Chinese:

1/4 杯花生醬,滑的或粗粒都可以
1/4 杯+3 湯匙提子乾
1/8 茶匙海盬
2 湯匙炒香的花生,稍為打碎(或者可以全部用粗粒花生醬 )
少量純素朱古力粒  (可以不加)
1/8 茶匙純云厘嗱籽

將所有材料放入食物處理器 food processor 內,打碎。之後取半湯匙的分量,搓圓,即完成。或可以做成迷你曲奇餅。
