You can call me ‘ Mochi’ , I have a passion of cooking after I married, and I started a passion of baking since I had two little kids. I was first introduced to bake when my kid’s primary school teacher invited me to bake some cakes or biscuits for school events.

I was so nervous because I never , ever bake any thing in my life before. But since that, it was how I started and get more interest of it, and later I fall in love of baking. But I can tell you that I can come to this stage, I had lots of failure, not only a tiny mistake, but some was big disaster. Anyway, I was appreciate what I been through, that was all my experience, no matter good or bad, all those can build up my baking skill.

I loved to bake cookies, cakes for our family and friends, especially for the kid’s birthday and school events, so baking plays the important part of our family life, it amuse our family and friends.

Since I became a vegetarian, I have even more passion to create and practice more interesting cooking and baking.

Blogging became my new hobby. Quite honestly, I have no confidence to write a blog for the begining, because I am not good at writing, not  good at expression and not a good story teller as well. That’s why it took me lots of time to prepare and research, but I learned a little bit at a time everyday, that was my big achieve from it. Appreciate for all support!

      Thanks for your great encouragement. Honestly, I haven’t had any baking experience before i had my kids.Because my study was not in England, I learnt a lot of baking and writing from the start of this blogging. Thanks! 🙂

      I’m so pleased that you nominated me the ‘Liebster Award’ to me. Thanks so much for your kindness. I will follow the rules and pass the parcel to others as well. Sorry, I was a bit late reply, because I got the sinus attack twice during last week, so bad, I couldn’t do anything, only rest.
      But today, I felt better so just can’t wait to reply you, wish you don’t mind! 🙂

      • No problem. I understand. I’m glad you’re feeling better though 🙂 My husband gets sinus attacks during the fall or spring. He takes 5000 mg of vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) right away, if it doesn’t clear up within 30 minutes, he takes 5000 mg more. He keeps doing that until it’s gone. It usually clears up within an hour or two. He also rinses his nose with saline and avoids dairy. He is so happy with this natural treatment. It beats all the other conventional treatments he used to do.
