Since I’m making more Vegan more than before. An egg is the one that difficult to skip. I try to dig in the internet world when I have time. Lots of bloggers using the flax ‘egg’, same as I do for my cake baking. Or another choice should be the tofu, also I have put my hands on the tofu scramble ‘egg’ before.

These wholesome wraps are absolutely delicious, it can be relished as a complete meal. Also, vegetarian-friendly. A delectable fusion of seasoned cooked burglar wheat and sweet corn, paired with raw pepper dices makes this scrumptious meal. Don’t forget to add sour cream, which widens the range of flavours that play around in this wrap! But I just remember the cream when I nearly finish. 😦
It is a rare chance that I’ll make this ‘seitan’. Since I saw lots of my Facebook friend’s post ~ Roasted vegan ‘Char Siu’ 素叉燒 . Their mouth-watering photos impulse me to try it again.
Sounds I did have this experiment before. Yes! I have but not really like it at all. Why? Because it’ll wash away a lot of flour to get a small amount of seitan to make bbq ‘pork’. It is not really economical.
